    really good staff

    The staff was really good. They were really nice, really making everyone feel special, especially my family with some age limitations. The food at the restaurant was really delicious, we all enjoyed the meals together as a family, it was like a proper treat. We also loved being connected to the mall, it gave us options for shopping and entertainment without going far.

    It wasn't cheap, to say the least.

    The Staff was extremly worm and professional. The room were spacious, minibar was Free of charge, parking, Gym, pool, late check out, it had many services free of charge. I stayed at the 6th foor and the view was very nice. Breakfast outdoor was wonderful.

    perfect spot for exploring parks and landmarks in the city

    the hotel's prime location made it easy to stroll over to the beautiful jardin botanico de cali, just about 1 km away and also enjoy a lovely meal at pampa malbec only a few steps away, making it a fantastic base for my weekend adventures.

    good vibes but noisy nights

    The luxury twin room offered an excellent city view that added a vibrant atmosphere to our stay. Promptly addressing any queries I had. I particularly enjoyed the good cocktails crafted by the bartenders, each sip was a treat.

    The noise during the night from staff cleaning disrupted my sleep quality.

    Everything about the hotel was great.Food the room was nice everything clean and the staff was great.

    When I was checking out I was being over charged by 500.000 pesos it was finally fixed but it took 30 mins

    The staff were very good lot of time. Location: the hotel was near to mall in cali Colombia. I found nice Comics Factory by accident, it was within easy walking distance of the venue.

    Recommend it for travelers seeking comfort

    The staff were really friendly and helped me when I needed it the most. I had a suite with a separate living area which was a pleasant surprise and the convenience of being close to two malls made late-night snacks easy.

    The rates were a bit high but still reasonable for the amenities provided.
